AI FAQ Agent
The public FAQ Agent processes questions through a protected server endpoint and Anthropic. Visitors should not enter names, contact details, passwords, payment information, account information, or other sensitive data. Redacted unanswered questions may be retained for up to 30 days when that feature is enabled.
WordPress and security records
The website may create necessary administrative, security, form-delivery, and caching records. The final policy will identify the plugins and cookies actually used in production.
